We had spotless room and there was a comfy bed. Location: the hotel was short walk to the bus stop for Budrint and the bus terminal for further afield, Saranda, central location close to the boulevard, restaurants and bus station, and good restaurants and cafes...

The breakfast was impressively diverse, with fresh fruits and local delicacies changing each morning, making every day feel special.

I found the shower quite frustrating due to the inconsistent hot water supply. It took a while to heat up and fluctuated between hot and lukewarm.

The room is large and perfect and equipped with climate control and a balcony. The staff is friendly, good.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent, causing interruptions . I also encountered issues with hot water in the shower, often experiencing tepid temperatures after a long wait, frustrating after a day of exploration. The noise from the plumbing pipes and thin walls made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

The sea view from the spacious balcony was amazing, with daily room cleaning that kept everything tidy and fresh. The staff's friendliness added to the cute atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was spotty at times, and I encountered problems with hot water during peak mornings, which affected my comfort.

During my spontaneous stay, I was amazed by the comfortable king-sized bed and refreshing air conditioning. The hosts were kind, printing my ticket without hesitation. A lovely experience!

The Double Room with Sea View was spacious and clean. I loved the big balcony with an unobstructed view of the harbor-it was a perfect spot to unwind. The marbled bathroom had a good rainfall shower, but I missed having a hand shower attachment. The air-conditioning worked great, a lifesaver in the summer heat. The bed was comfy.

The view from our quad room was fine, and our kids loved the short walk to the beach and promenade. Every breakfast was a surprise, with delicious options that energized our adventures each day.

My wife says that the kids wished for a better pool area.

Real is a lovely waterfront hotel with fine views right next to the promenade and close to the city center. The room was impeccably clean with fresh sheets daily, and breakfast on the balcony. The staff was very nice and attentive too!
